This year marks the 64th anniversary of Boy Scout The Troop 55 and partner sponsor Concord Church. Cub Pack 55 has also been sponsored by the church for over 39 years.

Through Scouting for Food, the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of Pack and Troop 55 are able to supply the Northmont F.I.S.H organization here at Concord Church.

Concord Church has provided, through Scouting, the principles of good citizenship, physical health, moral and spiritual guidance to more than 2,000 boys aged five to eighteen of this community.

97 scouts from Troop 55 have advanced to the rank of Eagle – Scouting’s highest rank. More than 24 scouts have earned the God and Country award which is equivalent to the Eagle rank in terms of difficulty to achieve.
